Dune View has a wonderful kitchen/family room with a large table and chairs for all your dining needs.
It also has further sofa seating and music facilities.

The bi-fold doors open up into the large garden which also has a patio area with tables and chairs and BBQ.

The lounge is cosy with wood burning stove and seating for 8 guests.
We have a large smart TV with DVD and XBOX.

There is also a utility room which provides the washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is also a downstairs shower room with toilet.
