Dune View holiday home Braunton North Devon

We have all the modern facilities you can expect from a luxury family home.

Facilities include dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, freeview TV/DVD and IPod dock/radio in all bedsrooms, Freeview TV and DVD/XBOX in lounge. Iron and ironing board.

Dune View has a large kitchen/family room with range cooker and large table for seating 8 guests. There is further sofa seating and music facilities. Large bi-fold doors open up to a large garden with patio area with table and chairs and BBQ. 

 We have family board games etc available for your use.

We have complimentary high speed internet access throughout the house via WiFi.

We have private parking for three/four cars (one on the drive and two directly outside the house. There is room for a fourth will need to park in front of the drive).

We are happy to help with your event organisation throughout your stay, and can arrange taxi's or help plan your day trips or activities and are happy to recommend and book local restuarants.

For your safety and peace of mind, we have an integrated fire detector and alarm system throughout the house, fire doors to every room and we have fire extinguishers on every floor. We also have a carbon monoxide alarm.

Small children - we do have a high chair if required. (We do not provide travel cot or bedding).
Pets -  NO PETS.
