Location

Braunton is said to be the largest village in England and sits between the bustling town of Barnstaple and the beautiful beaches of the North Devon coastline.

This location has something to offer everybody, as it is surrounded by stunning countryside and nearby Exmoor and Dartmoor which is great for walking and cycling.
It is extremely close to the four main beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough (and many other smaller beaches, coves and harbours) which are ideal for surfing, kayaking, fishing or just for a romantic stroll along the beach.
There are also many shops and markets in Braunton and the nearby towns of Barnstaple, Bideford or the historic city of Exeter with its stunning cathedral.

There is a wide variety of food shops in the village where you can buy local produce.There is a lovely butchers shop and fruit and vegatable shop, and bread and cake shop but also the Co-Op and Tesco supermarkets.

Braunton and North Devon really does have something for everyone!

 Dune View holiday cottage Braunton North Devon

Follow the A361 from Barnstaple towards Braunton and Ilfracombe.

As you are entering Braunton you will see a sign for the Elliott Gallery so please take a right here down Wrafton Road.
Continue down this road past the school until you reach a mini roundabout.
Go right here down Lower Park Road and it is a sharp first left down Franklyn Avenue.

Dune View is at no 8 on your left hand side.

You may either park on the drive or outside the house.
