The Rooms

All our rooms are  furnished and decorated to a high standard and come with either an en-suite or own private bathroom (which enjoys underfloor heating).
They come with all the mod cons people would expect of a top quality family house.
They are light and spacious, whilst being warm, relaxing and welcoming.

Rooms come with fresh, good quality cotton bed linen and quality soft, large bath sheet towels and top of the range beds with comfortable mattresses for a good nights sleep.

We have four rooms available, which we have named after the local beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough.
Saunton and Woolacombe are our double rooms both with ensuite facilities.
Croyde and Putsborough are our twin rooms and they share a luxury large bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE. SMOKERS CAN USE THE OUTSIDE AREAS.     

We are also unfortunately unable to accomodate pets.
