Cancellation Policy
I
n the event of a cancellation any payment already made will only be refunded if Dune View is able to re-let the rental period.

Deposit
£250 deposit payment is required at time of booking. (This is a refundable damage deposit that will be refunded approx 10 days after your stay provided that the property and contents are undamaged and are in the same condition as found).

Payment
£750 payment required one month after booking.
£750 final payment is required one month before rental period.
All payments must be made by BACS into Dune View account.

Arrival
Earliest arrival time is 4pm on Saturday to allow for housekeeping duties.

Departure
Please depart by 10am on Saturday to allow for housekeeping duties.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Responsibility
Dune View cannot accept resposibility for loss or damage of guests' property or vehicles.

Smoking and Pets
Smoking is not permitted within any part of Dune View whatsoever.
Please note that any offending guest will be asked to leave immediately and will be liable for professional cleaning.
Pets are not permitted in the house or in the grounds.

Health and Safety
Dune View takes this very seriously. We have 2 x carbon monoxide alarms in the property and a fire extinguisher on every floor. We have tried to limit any serious issues but if young children will be staying there may be hazards to be aware of i.e. it is not an enclosed garden, we do not have stair gates, blind cords have safety clips on them but may not be 100% effective, we do have a wood burner but will probably not be used in the summer months, a football table may be potentially dangerous to toddlers.

Termination policy
Dune View reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individuals stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour that may cause any detriment to the property and contents.
In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled. No refunds will be made.
Please note that non compliance of our strict no smoking policy would constitute a termination.

Faults and Complaints
Any faults or complaints must be reported to the management at the time of the occurance. Any complaints received after the event will not be accepted. In the event of any major failure of equipment, property or utilities, this will be dealt with as speedily as possible.
The management cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. All property is maintained on a regular basis.
